ExicyclerTM96 Quantitative Thermal Block
(hereinafter referred as “Exicycler™ 96”) is the
combination product of thermal cycling block and
Bioneer’s innovative Module of detecting versatile
fluorescences.
It is optimized for measuring gene expression
levels, detecting and quantitating pathogens,
performing allelic discrimination (SNP genotyping)
assays as well as scoring the presence of gene
sequences.

EXPANSION OF EXICITATION/DETECTION CAPABILITIES:
Exicycler™ 96 is a sophisticated platform for users
who require extended capabilities and maximum
versatility. This features an innovative optical
system that enhances sensitivity and lets you access
a broader range of fluorophores including FAM™/SYBR®
Green I, VIC®/JOE, NED™/ TAMRA™/ Cy3™, ROX™/Texas
Red®, and Cy5™ dyes. The variable excitation
capability allows greater sensitivity for longer
wavelength (red) dyes. This enables to excite and/or
emit up to five pairs of fluorophores for supporting
a wide variety of applications.

FIVE MULTIPLEXING:
Measure changes in gene expression, detect and
quantitate pathogens, and perform allelic
discrimination (SNP genotyping) assays. You can also
confirm the presence or absence of a transgene, or
other specific target sequence. To facilitate some
of these applications, Bioneer provides
preformulated, ready-to-use and quality-tested
TaqMan® assay for use with the Exicycler™ 96. Now
you can reduce your assay optimization efforts. |

HIGH THROUGHPUT:
Exicycler™ 96 conveys the latest generation Peltier-base
thermal cycling system, which makes you use both
standard 96-well plates and 0.2ml tubes. So, with
Exicycler™ 96, you can process high throughput of
samples in 96-well plates and can detect
fluorescence of 96 samples simultaneously. Also,
sophisticated and versatile platforms for users
requiring extended capabilities feature a unique
optical system that give homogeneity by effectively
minimizing fluorescence differences illuminated on
each well. Therefore, the thermal gradient function
makes uniform and exquisite. Five (5) pairs of
optical configuration support a broader range of
fluorophores. Precision optics and charge-coupled
device (CCD) camera, plus a sophisticated multi-componenting
algorithm is capable superior accuracy,
reproducibility and reliability with no need for
hard ware changes to access new dyes. This feature
enables to be compatible with a robotic instrument
and automatic preparation equipment with Exicycler™
96’s automated door opening capability.

FRIENDLY GUI SOFTWARE:
Exicycler™ 96 features the intuitive graphic use
interface (GUI)-based software offers ease of use
and functionality, including plate set up wizards
guide you through all aspects of experimental set-up
for even complicated multiplex assays, including the
use of multiple standard curves on a single plate.
The real time monitoring feature allows you to watch
PCR amplification as it happens. Data analysis is
simplified with built-in tools such as
auto-baseline, auto-threshold, and SNP auto-calling.
Besides, advance data viewing features allow you to
visualize, report, and understand your data sets. |
